Support Policy
Simutech will provide free technical support for all current versions of all products. The support services available are:
- Access to minor version updates but does not include major version updates.
- A reasonable amount of email and or telephone support.
Additionally Simutech will provide free technical support for the previous version of all software products for one year from the date that they were superseded by a new version.
Please note that major upgrades are not available through the support policy. Upgrades will be made available for those customers wishing to upgrade to the new version. Details and pricing for the new version will be determined at the time of release.
