Shipping Policy

Simutech Multimedia offers Free Shipping for all their products.

All Simutech Multimedia products are available by download. Instructions for downloading the programs and any supporting materials are included in an email sent to you immediately following your purchase.

In some cases you may also have an option to include the programs and/or materials in hard copy format that requires shipping.

Standard Shipping Methods and Times

Shipping to the US

All editions ship via USPS Priority Mail (generally 1-3 business days)

Shipping to Canada

Enterprise and Business Editions ship via Express Post (generally 2-3 business days)

Student and Expert Editions ship via Regular Post (generally 2-6 business days)

International Shipping

Enterprise and Business Editions ship via USPS or UPS depending on location (generally 5-10 business days)

Student and Expert Editions ship via Regular Post (generally about 10 - 15 business days)

Products normally ship the next business day following receipt of the order. Once the product is shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment.

For some products Simutech also offers alternative shipping options for which additional charges apply. Please contact us for alternative shipping options.

Notes Regarding International Shipping

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
