Licensing Policy
Simutech Multimedia products are available in several editions. Not only do the editions differ in features, they also differ in the type of license that is granted.
The following details Simutech Multimedia's product licensing policy. It is for your convenience only and in no way overrides or supersedes the license agreement that you must agree to before installing any Simutech Multimedia product.

A "Student License" or "Expert License" allows the current version of the Product to be installed on one standalone workstation and may only be used by the named individual for whom the license has been purchased. One license must be purchased for each person who will use the program. This is similar to enrolling in a course. You cannot share this software with others, just like you cannot share your seat in a course.
A "Business License" allows the current version of the Product to be installed on one standalone workstation and is not limited by users. Any number of users can use the product, but, since it is installed on only one computer, only one person at a time can use the product. You will need to purchase additional licenses for each additional standalone workstation you wish to install the product on.
An "Enterprise License" allows the current version of the Product to be installed on a server and may be used on a local area network by the number of concurrent users specified on the invoice. The number of concurrent users must be determined at the time of purchase. This license also allows the Product to be installed on standalone workstations, as specified on the invoice.
Additional Notes
When you make a purchase from our website, you are purchasing a specific license to use the current version of the software. You will receive a license code that will unlock the features of the Edition you have specified. Once you have activated the product by inputting the license code, you will need to contact Simutech Multimedia if in the future you wish to move the software to another computer.
Unless otherwise specified on your invoice, the licenses do not expire. You can continue to use the version of the software you have purchased for as long as you wish.
