Free telephone and email support is provided to customers with the Pro and Enterprise Editions of the software.

This support is limited to installation support, covering technical issues relating to product installation and getting started with your product.

Simutech provides support services to registered customers only, and requires that customers have the latest patches and updates installed.


Updates and Upgrades

Free updates and upgrades for 1 year are included with the purchase of the Enterprise Edition.
