Product Activation

After your Troubleshooting Skills software is installed, you will need to activate each program before it can be used.


What do I need to activate my software?

To activate your software you will need your License IDs and Password. This information can be found in the the license document that was shipped with your CDs.

Note that each program will have a unique License ID. Ensure that you use the correct License ID and Password.

How do I activate my software?

Details on how to activate your software is included with the installation instructions that can be found on the Simutech Course Manager and Network Client CD. The online location of these instructions can also be found in your license document.

Please note that there are a variety of setup options, depending on your type of license. Please refer to the Getting Started section in the Simutech Course Manager Guide for information about setting up your software.

What if I need to manually activate my software?

When you attempt to activate your software, if no Internet connection is available the program will give you the option of manually activating via phone or email.

For this process you will need to record the two codes provided by the program, and then fill in the other fields with the Registration Code(s) generated by Simutech Multimedia.
