Simutech’s Troubleshooting Skills Series V4 Honoured as the Best Software by EC&M Magazine.
Ottawa, Ontario, Canada -- March 25, 2010 -- Simutech Multimedia today announced that their Troubleshooting Skills Series V4 software has been recognized as the Computers & Software Category Winner in the 2010 Electrical Construction & Maintenance (EC&M) Product of the Year awards.
Awarded by an EC&M Magazine judging panel of industry professionals and experts, the Product of the Year awards recognize inventive products that ensure electrical professionals are able to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively. This year's competition saw almost 100 products entered across 33 different categories.
Simutech's winning entry was on display at the EC&M booth at the Electric West 2010 show, which took place from March 16-18 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
"This product offers a definite improvement in safety [and is a] good training tool," commented an EC&M Product of the Year Category Judge. "[It is] exciting software."
The Troubleshooting Skills Series software is a complete learning system that provides the highest quality of hands-on electrical troubleshooting training using realistic electrical simulations. Users learn how to troubleshoot all kinds of electrical circuits and equipment using a proven, systematic approach. The titles in the Troubleshooting Skills Series V4 are Troubleshooting Electrical Circuits, Troubleshooting Control Circuits, and Troubleshooting Motor Circuits.

EC&M readers will be able to vote for their favourite Category Winner in an online poll, until June 18th, to determine the overall Platinum, Gold, and Silver winners which will be highlighted in the July 2010 issue.
