Customer Feedback

The Troubleshooting Skills software is used by all types of educational institutions all around the globe. From community and technical colleges, to apprenticeship and industry specific training programs, instructors are using the software to help improve their students' problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Here are some comments from some of our educational customers:

We have found that once a student completes the 'virtual troubleshooting' avenue and progresses to the 'hands-on' portion less instruction is necessary to achieve the necessary results of understanding and safe practices.
David L., Acting Training Director, Hawaii Electricians Training Fund

Safety played a big part in our decision to use these programs - they are as close as you can get to real world training and they keep a close eye on what the guys are doing. With today's technology it makes sense to use these simulations to offer the best possible training.
Bill Y., Training Director, NECA/IBEW Local 702 JATC

Overall, it seems as if the software was created to satisfy the challenges and troubleshooting objectives of my training environment. Because the student is required to find and fix the fault in a sufficient amount of time, and sometimes with minimal repairs, they are almost forced to master a troubleshooting procedure which I am sure will be beneficial throughout their career. In my opinion, this challenge keeps the students engaged and excited while utilizing the software.
Kevin B., Instructor, NECA/IBEW Local 26 JATC

Your products have certainly played a part in our success. I have had many graduates stop by and talk about how their learned troubleshooting skills have helped them get hired or get promoted.
Jim R., Electrical Program Director, Vatterott College

Thank you effusively for all your detailed explanations, help, and professional advice. The programs work perfectly...This is the best technical and customer service that I've ever experienced!
Kenny D., Kangan Institute

The best part is that test results in the simulations are similar to real word experience. [This software is an] excellent way to prepare for real world troubleshooting events.
Jimmie S., Apprenticeship Program Manager and Lead Instructor, WECA

The programs are robust, dynamic, well sequenced, and have thorough tutorials and an intuitive interface. Incorporation of these valuable troubleshooting tools into our curriculum is making a major contribution to the quality of our instruction in developing these troubleshooting competencies successfully.
Marilyn C., Director of Education, WECA

Without exception, everyone that has seen [Troubleshooting] Electrical Circuits has been impressed...it is an excellent software package.
Karl F., Instructor, Florida State College at Jacksonville

I've been using the software for 3 semesters and I have no problems in using it in my class. My students find it difficult at first but as they progress in using it, they find the software friendly, they have fun and want more challenging faults. I Hope you continue develop the software because it is very useful for us instructors in our class. Again, thank you very much.
Cirilo R., Instructor, College of Micronesia

It [Troubleshooting - Motor Controls] is one of the best pieces of educational software I have used to date. I especially like the tracking system and would like to see it applied to other software. It really helped me to see how the students were progressing and what key areas I needed to improve my delivery on. All in all a truly exceptional product.
Olden C., Instructor, New Brunswick Community College

I love the TMC program. It really helps my students improve their troubleshooting skills...TMC does a great job at teaching troubleshooting fundamentals. When my students are troubleshooting my electrically live motor control trainers I have to be on my toes so they don't kill themselves. With TMC I don't have to worry if they get ZAPPED and I can have over a dozen of them troubleshooting at the same time. I can't do that with my real trainers.
